Refunds do not include the cost of shipping unless the product is defective.
All returns must be original packaging and original condition. A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing error. Once we receive a returned item we reserve the right to determine the nature of the issue.
Our testing and inspection makes product issues highly unlikely. We stand by the quality of our pieces. If any item arrives defective, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a replacement piece. A photo of the defective piece is necessary and can be emailed to email@example.com.
We are only human, so if we make a mistake on your product shipment please call and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
